I was amazed! Eidem has done the impossible. This book is short, easy understandable, gives simple, doable advise how to cure the obese weight issue. Everyone, who eats conventional food, should read it!!! It should be mandatory for every parent to read it, to keep their kids healthy.
I wish this book was around when I needed it. Mr. Eidem, well done.
